At Acupuncture Heaven we kindly request 24 hours (one business day) notice of appointment changes and cancellations so that we can offer that time to another patient. Last minute cancellations and No-shows negatively impact our small business. NO-SHOW/LATE CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION FEE equivalent to one treatment. Messages left after hours or on the weekend do not count toward the 24hr notice for appointments on the next business day. We thank you for understanding and for supporting our small business.
Example: For a Monday 12pm appointment, please notify us of change before 12pm the prior Friday.
